Julio trained at San Francisco Culinary School before taking the position as sous chef at Pacific Marine Yatch with French Chef Henry Bolltrider, where he worked for 4 years. his mastery of French cuisine has earned him starring roles in such world class restaurants as Postrio, Clementine, Pacific Marine Yatch and the Signature Yatch with Chef Rolando Paz for 5 years.
